Apple proved to violate the patent motorola on Germany

Motorola Mobility's acquisition by Google that have beenreported previously seems to be a step in the right investment for Google. Recently Motorola Mobility declared a German courtcase won two patents owned by those who are violated by Apple.Whereas previously the Apple so powerful in Germany andsucceeded in banning the tablet Samsung circulating in Germanyand through the courts.

Two patents are problematic relates to the GSM standard,UMTS, and 3G which had previously owned by Motorola. Patentsthat have been approved in the United States this has become one of the most valuable asset a very interesting Google, this isthe discourse which then triggers the acquisition of Motorola'sMobility by Google.
